If you believe content available through Triply infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice containing:

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work.
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material.
  4. A statement of good faith belief.
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens Next

Upon receipt of a valid notice, Triply may remove or disable access to the content and notify the affected user. Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights may have their accounts terminated.
